The organizers have arranged promotional accommodation prizes for three hotels in the city center, near the GMES OPERATIONAL CAPACITY WORKSHOP Venue.

Hotel reservation
To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the Accommodation Form.
Due to the fact that distribution of rooms in the hotels is limited, accommodation cannot be guaranteed after 25th February 2010. Any reservation made after 25th February 2010 is subject to availability.
All rates quoted are per room per night including breakfast, city taxes and VAT!
Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.
Credit Cards
Only Mastercard/Eurocard and VISA credit cards are accepted.
You can also complete Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and send it signed by a card holder to Sky travel DMC by fax: + 359 2 9444 324 or e-mail gmes_accommodation@abv.bg .
According to the Bulgarian law, credit cards will be charged in local currency – Bulgarian leva (BGN) by using the exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN (February 2010).
